Deepika Padukone queen of Rs 180cr club?

Deepika Padukone is the first actress to join the Rs 180cr film club and with two films in her kitty.

The actress's earlier film with Ranbir Kapoor Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani has grossed Rs 182cr and her latest release Chennai Express too has touched the Rs 180cr mark making her one of the top actress in Bollywood .

Trade analyst Amod Mehra endorses it. He said, `` definitely, after Cocktail, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and now Chennai Express she has overtaken all.''

Of the other actress Katrina Kaif only has Ek Tha Tiger and probably may join the club with Dhoom 3, Kareena has 3 Idiots and Priyanka Chopra stands a chance with Krrish that releases in Diwali. Even the heroes don't have two films that has crossed Rs 180cr mark.

Aamir Khan has just 3 Idiots, Shah Rukh Khan now has Chennai Express, Salman Khan- Ek Tha Tiger and Ranbir Kapoor with Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. Source – Times of India
