Jennifer Aniston recently said it feels like she and fiance Justin Theroux are already married, so this must be the honeymoon.

On Tuesday, photographers snapped photos of the couple as they packed on the PDA in the pool at their resort in Cabo, where they are staying with Aniston's "The Switch" co-star Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka.

For months there have been rumors that the couple had postponed their wedding after reports that their relationship had fizzled, but these photos seem to suggest otherwise.

Hugh Jackman has dismissed reports that he was being courted for a $100 million deal for four more movies in the Wolverine franchise.

The latest outing by Jackman's clawed mutant is still running in theatres but the 44-year-old actor, who embarks on a strick diet and exercise regime to prepare for the role every time, said he would not go into that space without any good reason, reported Entertainment Weekly.

"No it's not true," Jackman said. The actor is currenly in Montreal shooting for next summer's highly anticipated X-Men: Days of Future Past.

"I would never do that. I've never done that mainly because, for the fans and for me, each time I've gone around there's been a really good reason to do it and I don't know what that reason is from here. Katie Price has given birth to her new son, Jett Riviera, who was born 8-weeks premature.

After Price developed a potentially life-threatening infection, the baby boy, weighing just 5 lb 2 oz, was delivered by emergency C-section in a foreign hospital, the Mirror reported.

The 35-year-old reality TV star told the publication that she went through a nightmare, when the baby's heart rate fell dangerously low.

Price was forced to give birth without her hubby Kieran Hayler, as he was not allowed in the operating theatre.

Mark Ruffalo spoke out on reproductive rights this weekend, penning a letter in support of a woman's right to choose. The 45-year-old actor's statements on abortion were read at a rally outside of Mississippi's last abortion clinic, Jackson Women's Health Organization.

Ruffalo opened up about his own mother's experience with having an abortion, saying that she was "forced to illegally have an abortion in her state where abortion was illegal," adding that the experience was "traumatizing" and "shameful and sleazy and demeaning."

"My mother’s illegal abortion marked a time in America that we have worked long and hard to leave behind," Ruffalo went on. "It was a time when women were seen as second rate citizens who were not smart enough, nor responsible enough, nor capable enough to make decisions about their lives. It was a time that deserved to be left behind, and leave it behind we did, or so it seemed."

Ruffalo isn't the only celebrity to speak out in favor of reproductive rights as of late. Earlier this year, famous faces including Whitney Cummings, Stanley Tucci, and Mehcad Brooks released a PSA in support of the cause.

There was no mistake in us making abortion legal and available on demand. That was what we call progress. Just like it was no mistake that we abolished institutional racism in this country around the same time. The easy thing to do is lay low, but then are we who we say we are? Do we actually stand for anything, if what we do stand for is under attack and we say nothing? There is nothing to be ashamed of here except to allow a radical and recessive group of people to bully and intimidate our mothers and sisters and daughters for exercising their right of choice. Or use terrorism and fanaticism to block their legal rights or take the lives of their caregivers. Four days after completing her sixth stint in rehab, Lindsay Lohan sat down with Oprah for a highly anticipated interview. During their candid conversation, the actress opened up about her time in rehab as well as her public court battles, family feuds and addictions.

In this clip from the interview on "Oprah's Next Chapter," Oprah focuses on Lohan's addiction, beginning with a direct question for the troubled star. "Are you an addict?" she asks Lohan.

"Yeah," Lohan answers.

"What is your drug of choice?" Oprah asks.

"Alcohol," Lohan says. "That, in the past, was a gateway to other things for me… I tried cocaine with alcohol."

After Lohan's first arrest for possession, she had said that she had only done cocaine three or four times. During her conversation with Oprah, though, Lohan reveals it was more. "I really haven't done it more than 10 to 15 times," Lohan admits. "Of course, I said three or four. I was terrified of being judged… [But] I've done it 10 to 15 times."

Lohan explains that her cocaine use went hand in hand with her drinking. "[Cocaine] allowed me to drink more," she tells Oprah. "I think that's why I did it when I did it. It was a party thing."

"Would you snort it? Inject it? Smoke it?" Oprah asks.

"Oh, my, no. I snorted it," Lohan responds.

Back in 2011, when 'Bodyguard' released, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were seen in a special song in the movie, 'Aaya Re Aaya'. Katrina had reportedly agreed to do the song after Salman's sister Alvira and her husband Atul Agnihotri, also the producer of the movie, had requested her to do so. This time, too, for his next production, Atul has apparently managed an encore.

It is rumoured that Katrina will yet again be seen with Salman in a special appearance. While it is not surprising that the latter will be seen in a cameo, the movie reportedly has an item number as well, the audio track of which is currently in production. Though everyone involved with the film is being tight-lipped about the item song, the story doing the rounds is that Katrina has been approached.

LOS ANGELES — A look at key moments this past week in the wrongful death trial in Los Angeles between Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, and concert giant AEG Live LLC, and what is expected at court in the week ahead:

THE CASE

Jackson's mother wants a jury to determine that the promoter of Jackson's planned comeback concerts didn't properly investigate Dr. Conrad Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter by a criminal jury for Jackson's June 2009 death. AEG's attorney says the case is about personal choice, namely Jackson's decision to have Murray serve as his doctor and give him doses of a powerful anesthetic as a sleep aid. Millions, possibly billions, of dollars are at stake.

WHAT HAPPENED THIS PAST WEEK

Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe tearfully testified about the singer's fear of debilitating pain that he often experienced after sustaining burns to his scalp during a shoot for a Pepsi commercial in 1984.

Rowe gave conflicting testimony about Jackson's frequent medical visits, saying many were tied to treatments for acne, the skin-lightening condition vitiligo, and the burns, although she acknowledged that she questioned the singer's motives when he went for medical treatments from his dermatologist more than once a week.

Rowe said Jackson's injuries and medical conditions forced him to wear wigs and de-pigment his skin and left the singer feeling that he was disfigured.

Financial consultant William Ackerman testified that based on Jackson's historical spending, he would have likely provided his children and mother $21.5 million in support if he had lived another 15 1/2 years. Ackerman however said that the singer's large debts, in the $400-$500 million range, made it likely that he wouldn't be able to continue providing for his family as he had in the past.

WHAT THE JURY SAW

Rowe break down repeatedly, wiping away tears and at one point covering her face with her hands when she was asked about the impact of Jackson's death on his children.

Private photos of Jackson's two oldest children, Prince and Paris, with Rowe and their father. In one image, Prince was captured feeding his mother a piece of watermelon when he was an infant.

Charts showing that Jackson was spending tens of millions of dollars each year to support his lifestyle and pay the interest on loans he had taken on key assets.

QUOTABLE MOMENTS

"Unfortunately, some of the doctors decided that when Michael was in pain that they would try to outbid each other on who could get the better drug. And so he listened to the doctors," Rowe said, describing what she said a competition by Jackson's dermatologist and a plastic surgeon to convince the singer their pain medications were better.

"He foolishly, foolishly, trusted a lot of people," Rowe said of Jackson based on her observations during the nearly 20 years they were close friends.

"I loved him very much and I still do. I wanted him to be a father. I wanted him to have everything he didn't have growing up," Rowe said of her decision to have children with Jackson after his divorce from Lisa Marie Presley.

"She is devastated. She tried to kill herself. She is devastated. She has no life. She doesn't feel she has a life anymore," Rowe said of her 15-year-old daughter, Paris, who was hospitalized in June after authorities said she took Motrin pills and cut her arm with a kitchen knife.

Alex Band, the lead singer of rock band The Calling, was abducted and beaten in Michigan early Sunday morning, TMZ first reported.

TMZ reported Band was walking to a mini-mart in Lapeer, Mich., around 4 a.m. on Aug. 18 when a van pulled up alongside him and the vehicle's passengers grabbed him. They reportedly beat the musician badly and dumped him near some train tracks. His bandmates -- who gathered together to search for Band after one member noticed he was missing -- found him later that morning.

A statement sent to The Huffington Post from the Lapeer Police Department states a member of the band The Calling reported being forced into a blue-colored minivan-style vehicle between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. by two male passengers near South Main Street. He said he was assaulted, robbed and dropped off on another street in Lapeer.

The victim, who is unnamed in the report, was later taken to a local hospital with another bandmate, treated and released.

The incident is currently under investigation. Those with any information are asked to contact the Lapeer Police Department.

The Calling rose to fame in 2001 with the hit single, "Wherever You Will Go." The California-based group went on to enjoy more success with songs like "Adrienne," "Our Lives" and "Anything." In 2005, they went on an indefinite hiatus.

Last week, "Extra" reported The Calling has reunited to record some new renditions of their old hits for their upcoming album, “The Calling: 8 Track,” due out early next year. A cause of death for actress Lisa Robin Kelly will not be revealed for another two months, despite the fact that an autopsy has already been performed, CNN reports.

Los Angeles County Coroner Lt. Cheryl MacWillie told the outlet that Kelly's autopsy was completed on Saturday, but toxicology results will not be available for another eight to 10 weeks.

The former "That '70s Show" star died Wednesday, Aug. 14 in her sleep at a rehabilitation facility in California. She was 43 years old.

TMZ previously reported law enforcement called Kelly's cause of death "a mystery." There were allegedly no drugs in her room and no signs of trauma.

Earlier last week, Kelly voluntarily checked herself into rehab to deal with "the addiction problems that have plagued her these past few years," her agent told People magazine.

"I spoke to her on Monday, and she was hopeful and confident, looking forward to putting this part of her life behind her," Craig Wyckoff said.

Radar Online reports that multiple "X-rated and self-shot pics" of the 20-year-old singer are being shopped around to a number of outlets.

According to the website, the photos purportedly of the "X Factor" judge show a young woman in various compromising positions, including some in which she is nude in a bathtub and others where she is lying topless in bed.

“These are Demi. The collection I have show some nude, including face, some including parts of the body Demi is known for — tattoos, butt, chin. Then, I have pictures of her getting rowdy … I can guarantee you these photos are legitimately of Demi," the person who attempted to sell the images told RadarOnline.

It's unclear as to how these alleged nude images of Lovato were leaked, or if they were obtained as part of a huge hacking ring that many celebrities, including Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis and Vanessa Hudgens, fell victim to last year.

Lady Gaga and celebrity blogger Perez Hilton are feuding on Twitter.

The Mother Monster is angry with the blogger for slamming her much touted comeback single Applause and comparing it to Katy Perry's Roar.

Both the songs released almost together. "Please monsters do notbe affected by someone like this NOTHING merits this kind of hatred.

Im ok & I always survive. Ignore him. Just Dance (sic)," Gaga tweeted.

In his earlier tweets, Perez told his followers why he did not like Applause.

He also compared it to Madonna's Girl Gone Wild. Gaga and Madonna famously don't like each other.

In return, Gaga, 27, tweeted how Perez had called her hip injury her 'karma'.

"Still have the text Perez sent me of me in a wheelchair w the words KARMA written across + Madonna pointing a gun at me. Day of my accident (sic)," Gaga added.

Saif Ali Khan seems to be a very protective husband when it comes to his lady love Kareena Kapoor.
